Alberto Paleari is Football Italia’s MOTM in the 0-0 draw between Juventus and Torino at the Allianz Stadium, but Michele Di Gregorio was also La Vieja’s best player.
Juventus vs. Player Ratings Turin

Juventus: Di Gregorio 7; Kalulu 6, Rugani 6 (46′ Gatti 6.5), Koopmeiners 6; Cambiaso 5.5, Locatelli 6 (86′ Adzic N/A), Thuram 6, McKennie 6; Conceiçao 5.5 (64′ Zhegrova 6); Yildiz 6.5 (84′ Openda N/A), Vlahovic 5 (64′ David 5). Coach: Spalletti 5.5
Best Juventus player: Di Gregorio 7 – In the end, he was the only Juventus player to make a decisive play. Ché Adams could have done more from a very good position, but Di Gregorio’s positioning was excellent, as was his drive to the left to clear the Scotland international.
Juventus lowest ratings: Vlahovic and David 5 – Neither the Serbian’s physique nor the Canadian’s movements in space caused the Torino defense too many problems.
Juventus coach: Spalletti 5.5 – Juventus dominated possession, but it was not enough to get the three points. The ball was simply moving too slowly. Like Tudor, Spalletti continued to rotate his forwards without finding a valuable solution. There is still a lot of work to do.

Turin: Paleari 7.5; Ismajli 7 (88′ Tameze N/A), Maripán 7, Coco 6.5; Pedersen 5.5, Ilic 6 (46′ Asllani 6), Casadei 6.5, Vlasic 6 (79′ Anjorin N/A), Lázaro 6; Ngonge 6 (46′ Adams 5.5), Simeone 6 (79′ Zapata N/A). Coach: Colucci 6.5 (Baroni sanctioned).
Best Torino player: Paleari 7.5 – More than just a substitute goalkeeper. The Italian made some crucial saves, including five from inside the box (via SofaScore). He was also the official MVP of the Lega Serie A. Ismajli and Maripán also deserve a mention for their solidity at the back.
Lowest Torino Rating: Adams 5.5 – Introduced at half-time, he had the best chance of the game for Torino, but he wasted it from a very good position. Di Gregorio went down quickly, but Adams should have done more from there.
Torino coach: Colucci 6.5 (Baroni suspended) – The game plan was clear: defend with a low block and counterattack. The Torino players showed great physicality and could even have won the game if Adams had been more precise. They haven’t beaten Juventus in more than ten years, but today their fans can go home happy.
