Arsenal centre-back Gabriel Magalhaes won the club’s Player of the Month award for October, taking 45% of the fans’ votes.
Arsenal have confirmed Gabriel Magalhaes as their Player of the Month winner for October, with the centre-back taking 45% of the votes cast over the past week.
Evidently, it was a competitive vote this time, with the other 55% of the fan votes split between Declan Rice, Jurrien Timber and Bukayo Saka.

Those contributions in Champions League matches evidently gave Gabriel an advantage, despite Timber’s impressive domestic form.
Timber won a penalty against West Ham United and helped create the second goal against Brighton with a fantastic run, receiving a nomination for the Premier League Player of the Month award.
As for Rice, the midfielder was nominated after scoring against his former club, West Ham United, and providing an assist against Atlético de Madrid. One of his free kicks also marked the winning goal against Crystal Palace.

Last but not least, Saka scored three goals for Arsenal in October, and was arguably the standout player against Fulham and Atlético Madrid despite not collecting any goals or assists for his efforts.
Any of the four would have been a worthy winner in a great month for the club, but Gabriel ended up taking it.
