Brad Underwood has a lot to be thankful for on Thursday.
In-state prospect Quinton Kitt committed to Illinois on Thanksgiving, according to a report from Joe Tipton.
“I’m ready to get to work and represent my state,” Kitt told Tipton.
Kitt, a three-star recruit out of East Peoria HS, is one of the state’s top young prospects for the class of 2027.

Kitt, a 6-foot-6 forward, visited Champaign in August and spoke with TCR’s Robby Nardini after the visit.
“I want a school that can develop me and take me to the next level,” Kitt told TCR. “I want to help a program win games, play in March Madness and ultimately get to the next level.”
