On November 10, 2025, Joseph Pantginis of HC Wainwright reiterated a “Buy” rating on Compass Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CMPX) with a $24 price target. The advancement of the company’s pipeline, marked by the preclinical progress of CTX-10726, earned the trust of the analyst, who was particularly impressed with the substantial potential of the bispecific antibody. At SITC 2025, the drug demonstrated high-affinity target engagement and robust antitumor activity. The analyst also cited the molecule’s competitive advantage over agents such as ivonescimab and bevacizumab, reinforcing optimism as the phase 1 trial scheduled for 2026 approaches.

Meanwhile, Compass Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CMPX) reported third-quarter 2025 results on November 5. The cash balance reached $220 million at the end of the third quarter, which will support operations through 2028. General and administrative expenses saw a substantial increase, rising from $8.6 million in the third quarter of 2024 to $12.8 million.
