The UFC’s historic one-off event at the White House is still six months away, and while the fight schedule remains a mystery, key details are finally starting to take shape.

With the president of the United States donald trump promote the card as potentially featuring “eight or nine” title fights, and the CEO of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Dana Blanco calling it “the baddest card of all time”; some fans wondered if this could be the rare card worthy of a standalone pay-per-view (PPV). No. The UFC’s new streaming home, Paramount+, will stream the event exclusively.

“The card won’t be on CBS, it will be on Paramount+ 100 percent,” White told TheMacLife. “Maybe we can do some prelims on CBS, but they’ll be on Paramount. Listen, we’re on Paramount+. There’ll be some fights on CBS, but we’re on Paramount+.”

While Trump has already given big numbers about the amount of gold on the card, White made it clear that nothing is official and that he won’t start looking for a partner until February 2026.

“What I have told the president is that we will deliver a ridiculous card to the White House,” White said.

Another key detail that was finally confirmed by the president and COO of TKO Group Holdings Mark Shapiro during the UBS Global Media and Communications Conference: there will be no ticket sales.

“It’s going to be a show. If we thought the Sphere was a show, this is a show on steroids,” Shapiro said. “We’re getting requests, I’m not even talking about people wanting to buy tickets because they won’t be available. There will be no ticket sales. It will hurt us financially, but what this will do for the brand, the reach, the engagement, the awareness, the press, the earned media, the advertiser interest, this is an absolute monster. We’re excited about it. Dana White and Hunter Campbell are working hard to put together a sensational card.”

While UFC bosses are still putting together the lineup, one thing is certain: fans will not be attending in person inside the White House grounds. Instead, viewers will be able to watch from a park near the National Mall on large outdoor screens.

The UFC White House will be a spectacle, although it may not be the one fans expected.
