Robinson took his official visit in late October and was at South Carolina’s exhibition game on October 24. She was seen sitting behind the Gamecocks bench during the game.
Robinson then went to the football game on October 25 with Staley, current players and legendary Gamecocks player A’ja Wilson, who had just become the WNBA’s first four-time MVP.

This is the third commitment to South Carolina in the 2026 cycle, but the fourth addition to the roster this season, as Alicia Tournebize, a 6-foot-4 French basketball player, announced she would enroll at South Carolina on Dec. 22.

Kelsi Andrews, a 6-4 center and the No. 18 recruit, committed on Oct. 7, and Kaeli Wynn, the No. 17 recruit who is a 6-2 forward, committed on Nov. 10. Both signed in the initial period.
Robinson is Staley’s highest-ranked recruit since Joyce Edwards, who was No. 3 in the class of 2023.
He took an official visit to LSU the weekend of October 11.
Wynn took an official visit in early September and returned to Columbia on October 24. I was sitting with Robinson at the exhibition game.

Staley will be without Ta’Niya Latson, Raven Johnson, Maryam Dauda and Madina Okot next season, but Staley said they would fight for increased eligibility for Okot, who played in Kenya before coming to the United States.

Ashlyn Watkins announced in July that she plans to return for her senior year in 2026-27, and Chloe Kitts has the option to return or go to the WNBA draft after missing this year due to a torn ACL.
