Arrival at the stadium:
We urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game; Kick-off is scheduled for 12:30 pm and the match will be broadcast live on TNT Sports.

The Home Fan Zone will be open from 10:30 a.m., and the turnstiles for home fans will open at 11:00 a.m. The Away Fan Zone area located in the stadium will open at 10 a.m. and the visiting stands turnstiles will be open from 10:30 a.m.
There will be a variety of food and drink offerings available in areas around the ground, with Toffee and Apple Crumble now available to fans in the concourses of all stands. More information is available online here.
Billy’s Bar will open at 8am and all lounges for those with hospitality tickets will be available to enter from 9.30am
Download your entry:
Make sure you download your season ticket or pre-match match ticket to your Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road and make sure your smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket will NOT allow you to enter the stadium on a match day. You must download your mobile ticket from the link in your confirmation email. If you have an Android phone, also make sure your NFC is turned on in your settings.
Activity of the day:
There will be a roving band playing outside the Centenary Pavilion and a magician located outside the East Stand before kick-off.
As always, you can join in on the fun activities and photo opportunities in our Home Fan Zone, so be sure to check them out. Lucas the Kop Cat and our resident face painters will also be attending.

Wellness Team:
Our team of Welfare Officers will be working in each stand to support fans with various health and wellbeing issues at Elland Road for each home match. You can identify them by the light blue bibs they wear and if you need to contact a member of the Wellness Team to help you, ask your nearest flight attendant.
If any supporters would like to use the prayer room, sensory room or quiet room, please contact matchday.safeguarding@leedsunited.com so they can help and book a time for you, when necessary.
Game Day Incident Text Service:
The club has a zero tolerance policy towards any inappropriate or dangerous behaviour, as well as any form of discrimination (language and gestures) or tragic chants, and you could be breaking the law.

Forms of discrimination include, but are not limited to, racism, homophobia, sexism, anti-Semitism or any other form of religious or political discrimination.
Strict measures and sanctions are in place across all English football leagues to address dangerous and illegal behavior within football pitches, and this involves fans attempting to enter the pitch, as well as the use of pyrotechnics and throwing objects.
To report any incidents during visits to Elland Road, please text LEEDS along with any relevant information about the incident, your name and ticket details for 60006 as soon as you can. You will then receive an automatic response, which means your report has been recorded and will be reviewed.
Trip to Elland Road:
We ask that all fans allow as much time as possible on their journey to the stadium to try to help with traffic delays and congestion.

Please can all supporters please note that when using bus services, cars or taxis to be careful when and where they get off any vehicle? Those who disembark on the M621 and walk down the road are creating dangerous situations, and anyone who blocks the roundabout, any junction or pedestrian crossing is causing further congestion problems.

The Leeds United Park and Ride service will be operating in partnership with Hunters Coaches. Sites operate at Temple Green and Stourton and the service begins two and a half hours before kick-off.

Pre-match safety information:
To ensure the safety of all fans, the main gates at the entrance to the John Charles West Stand car park on Elland Road will only allow access to away fans. No home fans will be allowed entry through this entrance.
Disabled fans who regularly use this route can still access the ground through the main gates and will be escorted to their correct area.
The pedestrian route to the ground for West Stand, Northwest Corner and North Stand general admission ticket holders will be through the rear of the North Stand or the northeast corner entrance; no entry will be permitted through the main west stand gates at the Elland Road gate or gate 1 at the bottom of the John Charles West Stand car park (off Bobby Collins Way).

Post-match safety information:
The top of the John Charles West Stand car park will be sterile during the departure of visiting fans; Home fans will not be allowed to exit through the main gates of the West Stand on Elland Road until all away fans have left the area after the game.
The gate at the bottom of the John Charles West Stand car park (gate 1) will close after the final whistle until all traveling buses have been refilled and departed. The John Charles car park will remain closed until all coaches have left the car park. This could occur up to 30 minutes after the final whistle. Ticket holders in the West Stand, Northwest Corner and North Stand will exit through the rear of the North Stand and Northeast Corner.
For safety reasons, the back of the John Charles West Stand car park will be barren and there will be no opportunity for fans to gather in this area.

Lowfields Road will be closed after the match due to vehicle movement. No vehicles will be allowed to travel on Lowfields Road until fans have left the area, this could delay fans up to 1 hour after the final whistle.

Age policy:
We would like to remind supporters that children under the age of two will not be allowed on the ground for health and safety reasons. Ticket holders ages 2-15 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 and seated next to the stadium. Unaccompanied children under 16 years of age will not be admitted to the stadium.
