At last, Zuffa Boxing will begin its debut event later TONIGHT (Friday, January 23, 2026) as Zuffa Boxing 1 will take place inside Meta’s Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. Headlining the event, which will stream live on Paramount+, will be a middleweight showdown between Irish sensation, Callum Walshassuming Carlos Ocampo.
Walsh was Dana White He’s the first signing for his new boxing promotion, so it makes sense for him to kick off the debut event. “King” is undefeated (15-0) with 11 knockouts and has just won by unanimous decision Fernando Vargas Jr. on the undercard led by “Canelo vs. Crawford” in Las Vegas, Nevada, in September 2025 (full results here). As for Ocampo, he comes in with a 38-3 record and is currently on a three-game winning streak in a fight that he hopes will give him prominence if he pulls off the big upset.

It’s an important night for White and company. as his boxing company’s debut card will either silence many skeptics (like this one) or give them more fuel to spit verbal venom at him for trying to turn things around in a combat sport that has marched to the beat of the same drum for decades.
