At: The tour began in our premium hospitality suite, where fine dining dishes demonstrated that plant-based cuisine can be sophisticated, colorful and full of flavour.

Lobby Kiosks: The following dishes were fan favorites prepared for game days: a hearty vegan pie, a seasoned vegan sausage bun and spicy fries all got Nick’s approval.
Shearing bar: At the last stop on the tour, Nick enjoyed a classic vegan chicken curry with chips – proper comfort food, served with a sustainable twist.
FUEL EFFICIENCY
For Nick, opting for plant-based products is not a trend: it is a tool for professional performance. “I feel much better,” he said. “Sometimes on the pitch I had cramps, but switching to vegan has helped me a lot. I started about two and a half years ago and in that time my career has progressed.”

He highlighted tofu as a staple of his diet and noted that he has unintentionally become something of a “secret” vegan. “I eat mostly vegan, but also some fish, and I eat a lot of tofu,” he explained. “Tofu is amazing. I’ve never told people I’m vegan, I hope fans like it.”
