Bruno Fernandes rejected an offer from Saudi Arabia during the summer, preferring to remain loyal to Manchester United.

A few months later, he gave a surprising interview in which he accused the club management of lacking courage and implied that he was being expelled.
Fernandes is under contract until 2027, but while the clock is ticking, his performances for the Red Devils remain as strong as ever.
There are reports suggesting United want to keep Fernandes, but rumors of a possible exit in 2026 persist.
Alex Crook backs Fernandes to leave Man United
Speaking on the Transfer Insiders podcast, transfer expert Alex Crook commented on the likelihood of Fernandes leaving United in the summer.

“Yes, I think if you asked me to give you a percentage, I think it would probably be 60-40 that Bruno Fernandes would leave at the end of the season,” Crook said.
“We know he has this sub-£60m release clause that the best clubs in Europe can activate. I think he might feel that maybe he is ready for a new challenge, which has taken Manchester United as far as it can go.”
In October, reports suggested that Fernandes had “no interest” in joining the Saudi Pro League.
Fernandes continues to give great numbers for United
With more than 100 goals to his name, Fernandes is also approaching a century of assists.

Following his latest assist in the 3-2 win over Arsenal, Fernandes has reached double-digit assists for the second consecutive season, with 15 games still remaining in the 2025/26 campaign.
Kevin De Bruyne holds the current Premier League record for most assists in a single season, and Fernandes could get close to that mark before this campaign is over.
Even at 31, Fernandes remains central to everything United does. It also shows no signs of slowing down.
It would be better for Ineos to secure his future at the club rather than looking for someone new. Replacing it right now doesn’t make much sense.
