Morocco will host the 14th edition of the African Women’s Cup of Nations (AFCON 2026) from March 17 to April 3, 2026.
Sixteen nations will compete in the tournament, including Nigeria, which clinched the last edition’s title with a thrilling 3-2 victory over Morocco in the final.

In addition to hosts Morocco, Group A will also feature Algeria, Senegal and Kenya.
