UFC Mexico City happens TONIGHT (Saturday, February 28, 2026) inside Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico. The main event is Mexican MMA’s favorite son looking to push back a relative newcomer to the promotion. Brandon Moreno vs. The lonely Kavanagh It doesn’t have much at stake, on paper, but it could be a fun 125-pound fight.

Moreno looks to bounce back from a (controversial?!?!?) knockout loss to the current title challenger. Tatsuro Taira . Kavanagh is also looking to recover, after being finished off by Charles Johnson for the first loss of his career (see that again here).

The co-main event of this is the former bantamweight title challenger. Marlon Vera vs. David Martinez. “Mexico vs. World” is also the name of the game for the rest of the main card, with Daniel Zellhuber vs. Green King, Edgar Silaz vs. Felipe Bunes, Imanol Rodríguez vs. Kevin Borjas and Santiago Luna vs. Angel Pachecho.

The “Preliminaries” card choice is probably Ailin Perez vs. Macy Chiassonwith Pérez on a long winning streak. The billboard broadcast by Paramount+ also has Damián Piñas vs. Wes Schultz and Douglas Silva de Andrade vs. Javier Reyes.
