Flowco Holdings Inc. (NYSE:FLOC) is a provider of production optimization, artificial lift and methane reduction solutions to the oil and natural gas industry.
On March 19, Flowco Holdings Inc. (NYSE:FLOC) announced a public offering underwritten by certain affiliates of GEC Advisors LLC at a price of $22 per share. The selling shareholders are offering 7.8 million shares of the company’s Class A common stock, with an option for the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 1.17 million shares within 30 days.
Flowco Holdings Inc. (NYSE:FLOC) clarified that it would not issue or sell any shares in the offering and would not receive any proceeds from the shares sold. However, the company announced plans to purchase 780,000 shares from the underwriters at the same price received by the selling shareholders. The buyback will be part of Flowco’s existing share buyback program. However, the buyback can only occur once the offering closes on March 23, subject to customary closing conditions.
