Pillars and emblematic programs of Timeless by Design 2030
He Timeless by 2030 design It is structured around four main areas with their corresponding flagship programs.

The ‘Partner for Impact’ pillar aims to reduce carbon emissions and water use and expand empowerment and life skills programs for workers within the supply chain. Its core initiative, Design with Intent, will promote culturally sustainable design in both products and storytelling.

Under the framework of ‘Protecting natural resources’, the company will focus on climate and nature-related impacts by developing products based on circular principles and supporting innovation in materials. Cotton Stewardship will serve as a flagship program to promote regenerative and recycled cotton initiatives.

Through its ‘Engage & Enable Teams’ pillar, Ralph Lauren will introduce programs designed to support employee development and foster an inclusive work culture. Only in RL is the main program under this pillar, highlighting professional development opportunities in the company.

The final pillar, “Caring for Communities,” continues Ralph Lauren’s initiatives in community engagement, including staff volunteerism and philanthropic partnerships. The Pink Pony program remains central to these efforts as part of the company’s anti-cancer activities.
Ralph Lauren plans to monitor and report annual progress on Timeless by Design 2030 in accordance with its fiscal year timeline. The company says this framework enables the continued advancement of its broader corporate strategy.
Following the introduction of its initial global citizenship and sustainability strategy, the company has implemented changes across its operations to support continued progress.
Measures taken include reducing greenhouse gas emissions, reducing overall water consumption, ensuring 99% of units produced meet at least a sustainable material standard, and increasing efforts on cancer-related initiatives.
