Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) is one of the Most promising AI stocks to invest in. On April 25, Bloomberg reported that $16 billion in financing had closed for Oracle Corporation’s (NYSE:ORCL) data center in Michigan. Bank of America Corp. sold $14 billion in bonds associated with the project. It was a debt sale, which was backed by Pacific Investment Management Co., Bloomberg reported (citing Associated Digital).

The debt is part of a broader $16 billion financing package. This will fund the data center in Saline Township in southeastern Michigan. Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) is the tenant that plans to use the campus to power applications for OpenAI, Bloomberg reported.

Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) believes that demand for cloud computing for AI training and inference has been growing at a faster rate than supply. Additionally, some of the largest consumers of AI Cloud capacity strengthened their financial positions. These market dynamics allow Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) to meet and likely exceed revenue growth rate expectations for fiscal 2027 and beyond.
