On June 3, 2026, 3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) announced the initiation of an underwritten public offering of $40 million of its common stock, with all shares to be offered by the company. Needham & Company and Craig-Hallum acted as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. A day later, 3D Systems said the size of the deal was increased to $50 million in common stock from $40 million.

Last month, 3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) reported first-quarter earnings per share (EPS) of (1c), compared to the consensus estimate of (8c). Revenue came in at $95.5 million, above the consensus estimate of $92.4 million. President and CEO Jeffrey Graves said the company was pleased with first-quarter performance on both the bottom line and in dental, medical technology and aerospace and defense. Graves said those areas posted growth rates of more than 20% in the quarter, excluding aligners in Dental.
