For so many sports fans who tuned in to watch Sister Jean motivate and support Loyola in the NCAA men’s tournament, that’s also true. She was there in 2018 (in which the Ramblers made a notable Final Four run that ended against Michigan), 2021 and 2022, and each time, everyone from the fans to the coaches to the players loved seeing her cheering on the team as a chaplain.
So let’s take a look at some of his best March Madness moments that we all loved:
2018: Sister Jean’s speech to Loyola upended Tennessee
You can’t tell me this didn’t help.
2018: Sister Jean has fun talking about Charles Barkley
This was so good. What a great sense of humor.
2021: Sister Jean delivered scouting report
This is what we love so much.
2022: Sister Jean returned and brought another prayer (and another scouting report)
She should be COACH Sister Jean.
2022: Sister Jean throws out the first pitch at a Cubs game
We know, this is not a March Madness moment. But it was fantastic.
