The research firm remains confident in the company’s prospects, impressed by the real-world presentation at ASCO that expanded the commercial and clinical case for drug candidate Amtagvi. The presentations reiterated the drug’s efficacy, safety and workflow data in the treatment of adults with advanced, unresectable or metastatic melanoma.
According to Citizens, the presentations affirmed the need to refer patients to an adoptive T cell therapy center before the disease burden worsens. Iovance has already begun to advance front-line non-small cell lung cancer, sarcoma and melanoma.
CEO Frederick Vogt has already reiterated his plans to accelerate adoption and commercial expansion of Amtagvi amid record market demand. The company is also positioned for long-term revenue growth as it has advanced multiple new and ongoing clinical trials.
