VPK Group has taken full control of Fencor Packaging Group, the parent company of Manor Packaging, in a move that adds to its UK operations.
Fencor operates a manufacturing facility in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, with related warehousing and warehousing activities to support distribution to customers across the UK.
This follows VPK’s purchase in 2024 of a minority stake in the business in 2024.
VPK UK & Ireland managing director Martin Taylor said: “Manor Packaging is an agile and well-invested organisation, known for its high levels of service and close customer relationships. We look forward to supporting the business in its next phase of growth.”
Manor Packaging will remain an independent business within the VPK Group.
Tony Clifton, currently sales director, will remain in charge as managing director.
The company has an existing business relationship with Corrboard UK, which is also majority owned by VPK.
David Orr will retire shortly after 26 years running and developing the business.
