The Chargers have the 86th pick. Last year, they selected Jamaree Caldwell at 7:30 pm PT, and the year before that, the 49ers selected Dominick Puni with the 86th pick at 7:40 pm PT.
So I would tune in around 7:20 to see where they are in the draft order.
