But for more information, Levi Damien, Raiders Wire’s managing editor answered several of our questions about this year’s Raiders team.
What are the first impressions of the Raiders led by Pete Carroll, led by Geno Smith?
Damien: It depends on how early we are talking about. Very early, as in the low season and the training camp, they were very good. I love the atmosphere that Pete brings the equipment and the installation. It’s just a jovial boy. And he is genuine. It also has respect for all without ordering it. Geno is no different. He throws a beautiful ball and it is great to speak and seems genuine.
As for my impressions of the early season, as in the real games, it is not so positive. I still think Pete knows what he is doing. I would say that my concerns are with Geno acclimatizing the new offense. When I was in Seattle, he had a couple of years before having to enter an initial role. The field is not seeing well until now. Leading the league in interceptions is the result.
What has been the strength of the Raiders in four games?
Damien: Maxx Crosby. I know that you were probably thinking of as a position group or an appearance of the game. But it’s really Maxx. He is the strength of the team. He only kept the Raiders leading last week with the offensive by turning her three times in the first half. They only had a real opportunity to win it for him. Yes, Ashton Jeacty had a rupture game, but even with that, they would have been torn without Maxx terrifying Caleb Williams freshly won from the NFC of the week.
On the other hand, what has been a weakness that opponents have exploded?
Damien: The offensive line. They had a decent week last week because they went against the worst defense of the League. But the first three games, were so bad Ashton Jeanty, literally had more yards after contact (145) than the yards by land (144). That is something you just don’t see. Jordan Meredith has been fighting powerfully in the center, DJ Glaze has not worked well in the right Tackle, and now his best liner, Lieutenant Kolton Miller, is in the injured reserve. Enjoy.
Who is a player under radar for colts fans?
Damien: Before the start of the season, I was saying Tucker. Then he came out and led the League at TouchDown receptions in the first three games, so I’m no longer sure how much he is flying under the radar, but I will go with him with the offensive.
In defense, we go with Jeremy Chinn. Play both security and nickel corner for Raiders, so he hopes to see him a lot around the ball.
Prediction time: Who wins and why?
Damien: Colts win. Because? Well, I can only give you half of the reason. The Raiders side of things. That offensive line is a wall door that fell from the hinges. His high school has also had some lapses. Usually, it involves Kyu Blu Kelly and Isaiah Pola-Mao. Demons, even special teams have been bad. This is more its area, but because of the aspect of things, colts should be able to exploit these problems.
