MSU reportedly hosting 4-star elite EDGE for unofficial visit next week

One of Michigan’s top prospects in the class of 2027 will reportedly visit Michigan State next week.

Myles Smith of Farmington, Michigan, will reportedly visit Michigan State in a few weeks, according to On3’s Jason Killop. According to recruiting service site On3, Smith will be at Michigan State on Jan. 24 for an unofficial visit.

Smith is listed as a four-star edge rusher in the 2027 class. He has a recruiting grade of 92.81 in the 247Sports composite rating system and ranks as Michigan’s No. 4 player in the class. He also ranks as the No. 20 edge rusher and No. 186 overall prospect in the class.

Michigan State is one of more than 10 schools that have extended an offer to Smith, according to 247Sports. He also has offers from Cincinnati, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa State, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Purdue and West Virginia.
