New York — A New York jury will hear a prosecutor on Tuesday deliver an opening statement describing evidence supporting sex trafficking charges alleging that Two brother real estate agents who catered to a jet-set crowd and a third brother who sexually assaulted dozens of women over a 12-year period.
Defense attorneys were expected to respond by telling jurors in Manhattan federal court that Tal, Oren and Alon Alexander had an active sex life but only had consensual sex with women from 2008 to 2021.

The indictment alleges that the men conspired to lure women to join them at vacation destinations such as the Hamptons in New York by offering them flights, luxury hotel rooms and inviting them to entertainment events and parties before sexually assaulting and sometimes raping them.
The brothers pleaded not guilty, and their lawyers say that the Public Prosecution unfairly criminalizes consensual sex.
According to the indictment, the men sexually assaulted and raped dozens of women after luring them to various destinations with promises of luxurious experiences, travel and accommodation.

In the court paper, defense attorneys said that among the witnesses they identified, they were able to find evidence that “undermines virtually every aspect of the alleged victims’ accounts.”
Oren and Tal Alexander were real estate agents specializing in high-end real estate in Miami, New York, and Los Angeles. Their brother Alon graduated from New York Law School before running the family’s security company. Tal is 39 years old while Alon and Oren, who are twins, are 38 years old.
The brothers have been held without bail since their December 2024 arrest in Miami, where they were living.
