ETL Italia, the joint venture created by ETL GLOBAL and NexumStp, has acquired an undisclosed stake in Studio Vicarioli Pistone & Partners, an Italian practice specializing in accounting and tax services.
Studio Vicarioli Pistone & Partners is based in Canelli, province of Asti, and has been operating for more than 40 years. It works with clients in the Asti and Langhe areas and also supports foreign investors, with special attention to clients from Northern Europe.
The company will continue to operate with its current leadership. The founder Maria Antonia Pistone will maintain her shareholding and will continue to be in charge of management.
Through this transaction, ETL Italia increases its presence in a strategically important region.
ETL Italia President Massimo Nardini and Managing Partner of NexumStp said: “Studio Vicarioli Pistone & Partners is an example of professional excellence deeply connected to its territory.
“His entry strengthens our group and confirms our growth strategy, based on experience, continuity and international integration.”
The deal is part of ETL GLOBAL’s broader consolidation in the Italian market, which aims to improve support for domestic companies and cross-border investors through its international network.
ETL GLOBAL Chief Investment Officer Johannes Struckmeier said: “This transaction confirms ETL Italia’s desire to grow selectively in the most strategic areas of northern Italy, investing in high-quality businesses with strong local roots.”
Last month, ETL GLOBAL expanded its presence in the Czech Republic by adding Suldovský as a partner.
The company, led by Pavel Suldovský, offers accounting, tax and payroll services, with an emphasis on digital tools and strategic advice.
In January, ETL GLOBAL expanded its activities in South America by integrating H2K Auditores e Consultores in Brazil. Based in Barueri, São Paulo, H2K Auditores e Consultores provides audit and consulting services to small and medium-sized companies.
