Look, I came to America in Visa H1 and I think the United States needs the best talent in the world.

And are everyone using H1B visas to bring talent to the rubric?

It is not an important part of our strategy because we have similar operations in 19 countries and we actually hire local talent. That said, we definitely want roads for the best talents around the world.

Do you think it is more likely to hire people locally given that rate of $ 100,000? Will you keep employees in those other countries instead of taking them here to the United States?

We always hire people locally. I mean, we are a great recruiter of all the best universities in the United States, UH, and we want to build the higher company. I want to build a generational company. The opportunity I had as an immigrant, I want to create this opportunity for everyone in the United States to reach their best professional potential and we focus on that.
