We always hire people locally. I mean, we are a great recruiter of all the best universities in the United States, UH, and we want to build the higher company. I want to build a generational company. The opportunity I had as an immigrant, I want to create this opportunity for everyone in the United States to reach their best professional potential and we focus on that.
