The Huajiang Grand Canyon bridge, which rises 2,050 feet (625 meters) on the Beipan River and extends 1.8 miles (2,890 meters) through the canyon, it took more than three years to complete, CCTV reported.
As part of the Liuzhi-Anlong road, the bridge will shorten the driving time between Zhenfeng County and Guanling County, which are located on both sides of the canyon, from two hours to approximately two minutes, added CCTV.
