“We are proposing to bring together some of our regional HR departments into a centralized location at Lidl House. This means that some HR functions based in our regional distribution centers may be affected.

“These proposals are designed to improve the efficiency of our operations and strengthen our business model.

In early 2025, Lidl announced plans to cut 70 positions from its head office as part of a separate restructuring plan.
