He mentioned the names of three high-profile former Premier League bosses in Sunday’s post-match interview and suggested they would not be subject to the interference he feels he has experienced.

“I understand his frustration but he can’t come out and say it when he hasn’t been a complete success since he joined United,” former Premier League striker Clinton Morrison said on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Football Daily podcast.
“The board backed him when a lot of people wanted him to lose his job, so he has to be careful.
“We have seen it with Enzo Maresca and Nuno Espirito Santo, and there will only be one winner.
“It will last until the end of the season, but coaches cannot continue appearing in the media and criticizing those above them.”
