US accounting and consulting practice Armanino has partnered with DataSnipper, an agent automation platform used by audit and finance teams.
Under the agreement, Armanino will help clients implement DataSnipper in their internal audit, compliance and risk management functions. The combination will leverage Armanino’s implementation expertise and DataSnipper’s agent automation technology to help organizations modernize their processes.
The alliance aims to support Armanino’s broader plan to incorporate AI-enabled automation into internal audit and risk advisory work, while maintaining human judgment, oversight and quality standards.

Initially, Armanino will help clients apply the DataSnipper platform to improve internal audit and testing activities, including data collection, extraction, comparison, verification and analysis.
DataSnipper is designed to streamline reconciliation, evidence review and documentation within Excel-based environments, with the goal of providing audit and finance teams with more structure, traceability and control in their workflows.
