0808 ET – The Apertam stainless steel company would benefit from the strictest commercial measures that will be presented next week, says Morgan Stanley analysts in a research note. About 20% of all stainless steel consumed in the EU is imported, analysts say. With the increase in import barriers, companies such as Aperam or pairs parcels could sell more steel nationwide and achieve greater propagation, or better margins due to metric ton of steel sold, analysts say. In carbon steel, Arceormittal offers the most convincing rise on a risk -adjusted base, says Morgan Stanley. Aperam is the bank’s preferred stainless steel game in the context of EU’s toughest measures. The shares rose 3.7% to 31.60 euros. (Maitane.sardon@wsj.com)
