Bernardeschi fractured his collarbone against Inter

However, Bernardeschi will not take part in the match, having fallen heavily on his left shoulder during the semi-final against Inter.

A statement now confirms that he fractured his left collarbone and will undergo surgery on Tuesday in Bologna.
Recovery time is expected to be about six weeks.

It is a curious blow for Bologna, who already did not have Remo Freuler for the Italian Super Cup because he fractured his collarbone at the beginning of November.
Bernardeschi has scored four goals in 22 games for the Rossoblu so far this season, between Serie A, Europa League, Super Cup and Coppa Italia.
