The Cleveland Browns are looking for their third win of the season and will have another good chance to do so, taking on the one-win Las Vegas Raiders in quarterback Shedeur Sanders’ first career start. Sanders will also activate his starting right tackle in this game, after Jack Conklin entered the game with a questionable game day designation.

The Browns, however, ruled out three players in this game. Quarterback Dillon Gabriel is still in concussion protocol as Bailey Zappe was elevated from the practice squad to back up Sanders. Defensive end Alex Wright has missed his second straight game with a quadriceps injury and wide receiver Jamari Thrash has also been ruled out. That takes up three of the Browns’ gameday inactive slots.
