The deal is estimated to be worth around €2.5 million without bonuses. The center forward wanted to travel to Europe this month to boost his chances of participating in this summer’s FIFA World Cup, which will take place in his native Canada, as well as the United States and Mexico.
Russell-Rowe’s contract with Colombus Crew, for whom he has played since 2022, ended at the end of the season. His arrival could be a preparation for the departure of Frank Magri, who is expected to leave Toulouse when his contract expires in the summer.
