A cargo plane skidded off a Hong Kong runway and fell into the sea as it landed early Monday, killing two people. The flight, from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, was landing at Hong Kong International Airport around 3:50 a.m., according to the Hong Kong Airport Authority.
