The Blues produced another woeful performance as they lost 3-0 to Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Saturday night.

It is now four defeats in a row in all competitions for Liam Rosenior’s men, who remain sixth in the league with seven games remaining.
Wayne Rooney on the Chelsea model
Chelsea have reportedly not changed their targets for this season and Rosenior is under increasing pressure following the Everton defeat.
It is understood that the Blues are not currently considering a change in the dugout, despite fans wanting Rosenior to be replaced during the international break.
Despite the huge expenses, the team is still incomplete and lacks quality, and Chelsea’s recruitment policy is once again criticized.
The Blues are opting to sign young players, sell them and bring in more, and so far it’s fair to say it’s not really working, something Rooney was keen to point out.

“I just think if you want to be successful, you want to win trophies, every successful team has good, experienced players,” he told BBC Match of the Day.
“And if you want to follow this model of buying young players, selling them, bringing in more young players and trying to develop them, then I think it’s going to be very, very difficult.”
Chelsea are not considering changing coaches
The problems are much bigger than Rosenior’s, but ultimately he is still a problem and it seems clear that the job is simply too big for him.

Rosenior has been heavily scrutinized since his arrival, but tactically he is doing things wrong and it seems that the players do not believe in his ideas.
The international break comes at a good time for him, but he has a lot of work to do if the Blues are to save a top-five spot.
