The 4-10 Saints have won two straight games holding their quality opponents to 20 and 17 points respectively. Sledging won’t be easy for a Jets offense that struggles with just about everyone.

Jets Wire has identified three possible X-factors for the Jets’ offense against the Saints in Week 16.
Brady Cook, quarterback
Jets head coach Aaron Glenn made the right decision by naming rookie quarterback Brady Cook the starter for Sunday’s matchup against the Saints. The Jets need to continue evaluating the rookie down the stretch. Cook needs to cut down on turnovers after throwing five interceptions in his first two appearances.
Adonai Mitchell, WR
Adonai Mitchell didn’t have any success with Cook as his quarterback against the Dolphins two weeks ago, but the receiver-quarterback pairing found chemistry against the Jaguars. Mitchell finished Week 15 with six receptions for 58 yards and a touchdown. Cook needs to continue peppering him with targets against the Saints.

Isaiah Davis, RB
Isaiah Davis was one of the Jets’ best players in the embarrassing loss in Jacksonville. The former South Dakota State standout rushed for 58 yards and scored on nine carries. Davis averaged an explosive 6.4 yards per carry and should be involved in the offense this Sunday.
