Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) is one of the Jim Cramer’s actions put under the microscope.. Cramer highlighted what he would like to see in the company’s earnings report, as he commented:
Microsoft then had the same problem when it reported the same night as Meta in late October. All of their numbers for the reported quarter looked excellent, but after previously saying that their CapEx growth in fiscal 2026 would be lower than in fiscal 2025, they basically backtracked and said the opposite was now true. Oh man, they killed their actions. CapEx growth will be higher this year than last year, so the stock got crushed. The other problem with Microsoft’s last quarter was that they projected a slight decline in the growth rate of their Azure cloud business… Even though management explained that that was purely due to supply constraints, not a decline in demand.
