In their report, the Turkish international’s contract negotiations with The Old Lady are said to be “stalled”, which will lead to “a real race to get him in the new year”, despite his contract running until 2029.

Speaking on the Inside Track podcast, Pete O’Rourke said: “They (interested clubs) will understand this situation with Yildiz and his contract situation at Juventus if a deal cannot be reached with the Italian giants. “I am sure Arsenal will also be ready to make a move for the highly-rated attacking player. “He is regarded as one of the hottest young properties in European football.

“He has done so well with Juventus that he has entered the radar of several top clubs. The likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Real Madrid have been credited with their interest in Yildiz.”

The other clubs interested in the electric 20-year-old winger are Chelsea and Manchester United, after their failed offers made in the summer. With six goals and five assists in 18 games, in addition to the outstanding performances he is providing for his country, it is understandable that almost all of Europe’s big clubs are considering this possibility.

Like Diaz, the former Liverpool star is unpredictable, preferring to run into opposing full-backs, take on his man and make things happen out of nowhere. We are crying out for a profile like yours.

It has to be said that a winger shouldn’t really be the priority for the Reds, considering how weak the defense has been this season, but there has been a lot of speculation about a move for Antoine Semenyo in recent weeks, so it is possible that Liverpool could sign a new attacker.

As such, there is a lot to evaluate before making any decisions.
