With the 207th pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select… Micah Morris, guard, Georgia!
Howie Roseman couldn’t help but add another Bulldog to the list.
Please note that the Eagles acquired No. 207 in a trade from No. 197 with the Los Angeles Rams to add two additional picks to this year’s draft class.

Morris, who will turn 23 in August, has experience at left guard (14 starts) and right guard (five starts). He is a big blocker (6′ 5″, 334 pounds) with long arms and good athletic testing numbers.
So why did it fall so low? The profile is attractive, but he clearly didn’t play well enough to be drafted higher. The Eagles will try to make him a credible option.
Philadelphia doesn’t necessarily have an immediate need for help on the offensive line with Landon Dickerson, Cam Jurgens and Tyler Steen currently projected to start in 2026. But Dickerson and Jurgens have had injury issues that leave their long-term prospects in doubt and Steen is a free agent after next season. The Eagles also lost their two top backup interior options (Brett Toth and Matt Pryor) in free agency earlier this offseason, so more interior depth was needed.
There’s no guarantee Morris will make the roster, but he’ll have a chance to compete for a spot.

Scouting report via Lance Zierlein of NFL.com:
Morris has a rare combination of intelligence, power and movement talent, but the profile is too uneven. Play with a very high pad level and external hands. He is very strong in his upper body and is relatively light on his feet as a move blocker. His wide frame can be difficult to get around in protection, but his inconsistent base width could lead to leaks against athletic attackers. Playing at a lighter weight would make him faster and more efficient and could be the key to success in the league.
