BALTIMORE — A pair of otters slipped into their early morning week in the snow at the National Aquarium in Baltimore.

Security cameras captured the fun around 7 a.m. at the aquarium, which described the otters “rolling, sliding and moving through the snow” on an outdoor deck near the city’s Inner Harbor.

While A Nor did Easter break through much of the Northeasta visiting aquarium otter rolled on its back on the snowy surface before quickly darting and sliding across the snow.

“Marylanders may have been worried about snow, but the otters visiting our Harbor Wetland exhibit were not!” Basin wrote in a Facebook post.

Otters are common in Maryland’s rivers, marshes, and tidal areas.
