Parker-Hannifin shares rose 7.8% on Nov. 6 after the company reported better-than-expected first-quarter 2026 results, including adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $7.22 and record quarterly sales of $5.08 billion. Investors reacted positively to the segment’s strong performance, especially Aerospace Systems, which posted sales growth of 13.3% and an adjusted margin of 30%, along with company-wide order rates that increased 8% and an order book that reached a record $11.3 billion. Sentiment was further boosted when Parker raised its full-year 2026 outlook, raising adjusted EPS guidance to $29.60 – $30.40.

For the fiscal year ending June 2026, analysts expect Parker-Hannifin’s adjusted EPS to grow nearly 11% year over year to $30.33. The company’s track record of earnings surprises is promising. It has surpassed consensus estimates over the past four quarters.

Among the 22 analysts covering the stock, the consensus rating is “Strong Buy.” This is based on 15 “Strong Buy” ratings, one “Moderate Buy” and six “Holds.”
