Investigators allege that the woman first reported the incident to police on December 16, two weeks after it happened; She was initially hesitant to press charges but later chose to do so, according to court documents.
Friday’s arraignment will be his first court appearance in the case. The judge is expected to address bail conditions and set dates for future hearings.
