A Pennsylvania man faces serious criminal charges after he allegedly shot and killed a man who was having sex with his mother in a truck in front of their home.
On Saturday, October 18, Dylan Lang, 24, was arrested and charged in connection with the shooting death of Robert Edward Hagen, Jr., 55, according to a statement from the Pennsylvania State Police, which is leading the investigation.
Lang is charged with one count of criminal homicide, one count of aggravated assault rated as a second-degree felony and one count of recklessly endangering another person rated as a second-degree misdemeanor, according to online court records.
He remains held in the Cambria County Jail without bond.
The deadly incident unfolded around 3:45 a.m. on Oct. 18, when police responded to a call about a shooting at a residence on Heritage Lane in Jackson Township and found a man deceased inside a truck in the front yard, according to a criminal affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.
The man’s pants were around his ankles and the driver’s side door was open, according to the affidavit.
The rear driver’s side window was shattered.
According to the affidavit, Hagen, Lang’s mother and sister had allegedly gone out drinking before returning home.

Lang’s sister entered the house but her mother stayed in the truck with Hagen, where they proceeded to have sex.
The affidavit alleges that Lang became enraged when he saw his mother and Hagen engaging in sexual activity in Hagen’s truck.
Lang’s mother, Angela Langham, said Lang went out to the truck and “confronted them” with a bright light attached to a gun, and Lang “yelled at Hagen to get off her,” the affidavit alleges.
Hagen obeyed and returned to the driver’s seat. Lang then allegedly attempted to push the nozzle of the gun through the driver’s side window, but was unsuccessful because the window was not low enough.
As Langham pleaded with his son to stop, he allegedly broke the rear driver’s side window and fired his 9mm handgun twice through the back of Hagen’s seat, striking him in the upper torso. Hagen attempted to back the truck out of the driveway, but when he fell unconscious, it rolled into the front yard.
Langham stopped the truck by removing Hagen’s leg from the accelerator pedal and pressing the brake pedal with his hand.
When she asked her son to call 911, he allegedly asked, “Why?” to which she responded, “You shot him!”
Lang called 911 and said, “I just shot someone in my driveway.” When asked what happened, Lang allegedly responded, “He was here fucking my mom in my own driveway.”
When asked how many shots he fired, Lang allegedly responded, “Two shots,” before saying, “I screwed up, man. That was out of control, man.”
He said he was upset because Hagen and his mother had been “hooking up” for the past few days.
Lang is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on October 27. It is unclear if he has hired an attorney who can speak on his behalf.
