Oneil Cruz connected his first homer since August and Hunter Barco won the victory in his major league debut for Pittsburgh’s pirates in his 4-2 victory over the Cincinnati reds in Great American Ballpark on Tuesday night.

The pirates (68-89) saw him in the second entry with four races of Brady Singer (14-11). Nick Yorke connected the first race of the game and Alexander Canario continued with a double RBI. Two batters later, Oneil Cruz hit a home run of two opposite field races to limit the great entrance.
Los Rojos (80-77) cut the advantage of the pirates in the middle of the courtesy of the two-run of Elly de la Cruz, Johan Oviedo at the bottom of the entrance.
