Federal prison consultant Sam Mangel confirms new details first reported by The Wall Street Journal about a top-secret meeting involving Jeffrey Epstein’s accomplice and ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell inside his minimum-security prison in Texas, telling @ErinBurnett that Maxwell’s visitor prompted a “complete shutdown of the entire facility”.
