Hibner models game after likely role in Ravens offense
Matt Hibner already has a clear vision of how he fits into Baltimore’s offense, and it’s a role Ravens fans are familiar with.
When asked about stepping into a tight end room led by Mark Andrews and following in the footsteps of past contributors like Isaiah Likely, Hibner pointed directly to that hybrid style of play.
“Yeah, I think I would look more like ‘Isaiah Likely’…I think being able to play on the line is important, but also being able to get down the field, being able to make plays and being a consistent pass catcher as well.”
It’s an interesting self-exploration. He shows that he understands how Baltimore uses its tight ends, not only as blockers, but also as mismatches.

If he can bring that combination of size, movement and reliability, he will give this offense another layer. And in a system that relies heavily on tight ends, that role can grow quickly with confidence.
