Kick off! — The second half of the season is underway!
One hour before start: Lineups are available! It seems that Bayern Munich will start this match without any recognized right back in the starting eleven. Who’s going to play there then? Well, maybe it’s Bischof, maybe Goretzka, maybe Ito. Whoever it is, at least we have SOME good news. Jamal Musiala returns to the team for the first time since his injury! If things go well, maybe we’ll see him get a few minutes after the death.
Bayern Munich officially begins the second half of the season and in the coming months matchdays 18 to 34 will be played. After a tough test at FC Cologne, the Bavarians now travel north, to RB Leipzig, which occupies third place in the Bundesliga. One might think the 6-0 first leg win took their breath away, but the Lawnballers have come alive and are having a solid season so far.

Defenders across the country and Europe fear Bayern’s attack, but with the Champions League on the line, Leipzig wants everything in this match. For Bayern, it is about making a statement and establishing authority over the league, something they have done many times up to this point.
There’s good news on the way, because Jamal Musiala is now back with the team! Whether he gets game time today is out of our hands, but we can certainly expect Bayern to do the work early so the 22-year-old can stretch his muscles a bit.
