The offer is said to come from Premier League side Sunderland, who are keen to bring the young midfielder to England.

Pitarch has become one of the most outstanding players within the Real Madrid youth team this season.

Much of the midfielder’s progress has come under the guidance of Álvaro Arbeloa, who has played a key role in fostering the youngster’s growth.

As a result, his development has caught the attention of several scouts across Europe, and Sunderland are now taking the first concrete step.

Sunderland are quite serious.

The media mentions that the English club sees Pitarch as a long-term investment and believes that he could become an important piece of their future sporting project.

Sunderland officials have been following the player’s development for several weeks before deciding to formalize their interest with an official offer.

The proposed figure of €15 million shows how highly the Premier League side value the young midfielder, especially considering he is still in the early stages of his professional career.

Despite the strong offer, it is understandable that Real Madrid seem reluctant to part with the teenager.

This is because there is great confidence in Pitarch’s potential and the role he could play in the future, with the midfielder having considerable room to grow.

While the transfer market can often move quickly, especially when young talent starts to attract international attention, Real Madrid currently view Pitarch as a player worth keeping.

For now, it seems unlikely that the club will seriously consider Sunderland’s proposal, as they remain convinced that the youngster’s development could eventually lead him into a first-team role.
