During the fourth quarter 2025 earnings call, CEO Leonard Schleifer said Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:REGN) achieved consistent revenue growth. Fourth quarter sales increased 3% from a year ago. It said the increase was due to double-digit growth in three key products.

DUPIXENT’s global net sales increased by 32%. LIBTAYO sales increased 13% in constant currency. In the US, EYLEA HD stood out, with a sales increase of 66%. Schleifer pointed to that performance as a clear sign of momentum, particularly in the domestic market.

He described DUPIXENT as a central pillar of the business. The drug is currently used by more than 1.4 million patients worldwide and is still poised to continue growing. Schleifer also highlighted progress in LIBTAYO, citing the strength of adjuvant CSCC and growing participation in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. In the United States, he said, the therapy has become the second most prescribed immunotherapy in the frontline setting.

Looking ahead, Schleifer outlined a busy regulatory and development agenda. He said the company expects at least four FDA approvals, including three new molecular entities in different modalities, along with the approval of the EYLEA HD prefilled syringe.

He also highlighted plans to launch 18 additional Phase III studies in the coming years, with a total enrollment of around 35,000 patients. According to Schleifer, the magnitude of the investment is intended to support the next wave of potential blockbuster products.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:REGN) is a fully integrated biotechnology company that invents, develops, manufactures and markets medicines for people with serious diseases.
