Not long after the official release, Chubb agreed to a three-year, $43.5 million deal with the Buffalo Bills, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Chubb, 29, entered the league as a first-round pick with the Denver Broncos in 2018 after a college career at NC State. Denver traded him to the Dolphins in 2022. Over the last four years with Miami, he appeared in 49 games (he missed all of 2024 with a torn ACL) and recorded 133 tackles, 54 quarterback hits, 22 sacks, nine forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and two passes defensed.
Miami will now face Chubb twice a year, and Malik Willis will have to make sure he gets rid of the ball quickly when going against Buffalo’s defense.
